  • Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics supporting privacy and compliance objectives.
  • Evaluate system enhancements and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities.

Integrations & Data Management

  • Support integrations between privacy platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate with IT and technical teams on data integrations, synchronization, and automation initiatives.
  • Assist with troubleshooting integration issues and data quality concerns.
  • Support data governance and platform data integrity activities.

User Support & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution efforts with vendors and internal support teams.
  • Deliver user guidance, training, and knowledge transfer.
  • Serve as a liaison between privacy, legal, compliance, business, and technical teams.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inquiries involving privacy technology platforms.
