Location: Kentucky
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary:
This role offers a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW) the opportunity to provide comprehensive telehealth services to individuals across Kentucky. The position centers on conducting detailed assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating therapy sessions in a secure virtual environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and formulate individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals and groups through an established telehealth platform
• Assess client progress regularly, modifying interventions to achieve therapeutic goals
• Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation within electronic health records

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license in Kentucky as an LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Experience providing mental health services in outpatient, community, or telehealth settings
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and telehealth systems
• Strong clinical skills, professional integrity, and a commitment to quality client care
