Job description

We're looking for a Project and Accounting Coordinator to provide administrative, project coordination, and accounting support for a fast-moving construction management firm operating across 15 or more states with a specialty in multifamily and commercial projects. You will work closely with project managers, field operations, vendors, accounting, and company leadership to keep projects organized, maintain accurate job and financial information, and ensure day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.

This is a dual-function role. You will be supporting both the operational and financial side of active construction projects simultaneously. The right person is highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment, and able to manage multiple priorities while following tasks through to completion without needing to be reminded. If you have construction administrative or accounting experience and take genuine ownership of keeping a project's paperwork, costs, and documentation clean and current, this role is a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
