Job description

Job Description  We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who can understand our business, identify where marketing can make a difference, and take charge of planning and execution. You will own the marketing roadmap and day-to-day delivery across our website, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), content, email, social media, campaigns and events. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for setting priorities, making recommendations and getting work completed. You should be as comfortable shaping a campaign as writing its messaging, publishing its landing page and reviewing its results. You will work closely with US-based leadership, sales, business unit heads and teams in India, drawing on designers, developers and external partners where needed.   Key responsibilities 1. Business understanding, strategy and ownership
  • Develop a strong understanding of Liventus’s services, solutions, industry priorities, client challenges and buying process. Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging and compelling business value.
  • Build and execute an integrated marketing plan aligned with business and sales priorities. Own the calendar, recommend budgets, define campaign objectives and proactively identify opportunities.
  • Manage initiatives from concept through launch and measurement. Coordinate contributors and vendors, maintain quality and deadlines, and make practical trade-offs based on capacity and expected impact.
2. Website, SEO and AI search visibility
  • Own the website as a marketing and lead-generation channel: manage CMS publishing, service and industry pages, blogs, resources, landing pages, forms and calls to action. Keep content accurate, current and consistent.
  • Develop and execute SEO initiatives covering buyer-intent research, on-page optimization, content gaps, internal linking and technical improvements. Coordinate with developers on site speed, crawlability, structured data and integrations.
  • Develop and test GEO initiatives to improve discoverability in AI-powered search and answer platforms. Strengthen useful, authoritative content and monitor visibility using available tools and repeatable checks.
  • Improve website conversion paths through analytics, testing and clear messaging. Verify campaign tracking and lead capture, and coordinate technical fixes with the appropriate teams.
3. Thought leadership and content
  • Build an editorial program around client problems, industry insights and distinctive points of view. Identify relevant themes with leadership and sales across AI, modernization, equipment finance, data, automation and delivery.
  • Make participation easy for senior leaders and subject-matter experts: schedule focused interviews, extract insights, draft content in their authentic voices, and manage review and approval.
  • Turn one strong idea into multiple useful assets, including articles, executive LinkedIn posts, newsletters, short videos, webinar topics and sales materials. Own distribution as well as production.
  • Develop credible case studies that explain the client problem, Liventus’s approach, results and lessons learned. Obtain approvals for client references and validate technical statements and outcome claims.
  • Coordinate a regular editorial discussion and a sustainable publishing calendar. Lead webinars, whitepapers and other substantial content initiatives in line with agreed priorities and resources.
4. Campaigns, email and social media
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns for priority services, industries and target accounts, from audience selection and messaging through landing pages, promotion, nurture and follow-up.
  • Own email newsletters and targeted campaigns, including segmentation, list quality, automation, testing and reporting. Maintain sound consent, unsubscribe and deliverability practices.
  • Manage company social channels, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn. Support executive thought leadership and use relevant channels to engage buyers, clients and partners.
  • Evaluate and manage paid search or paid social campaigns where justified, with clear targeting, approved budgets, conversion tracking and performance reviews.
5. Webinars, events and external visibility
  • Run webinars end to end: topics, speakers, partner or client participation, promotion, registration, delivery coordination, follow-up and content repurposing.
  • Lead marketing support for ELFA and other relevant industry events, coordinating booth messaging, graphics, collateral, speaker promotion, pre-event outreach and post-event campaigns with sales and leadership.
  • Identify and pursue suitable podcasts, trade publications, partner webinars, conference panels and association opportunities for Liventus leaders.
6. Sales alignment and measurement
  • Work with sales to define target audiences, qualified leads and follow-up expectations. Coordinate lead capture and CRM handoffs and use sales feedback to improve campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a usable sales content library organized by buyer problem, industry, persona and buying stage. Develop collateral that supports prospect conversations and active opportunities.
  • Establish baseline metrics and report on website and search performance, campaign engagement, qualified inquiries, meetings and marketing-sourced or influenced opportunities and pipeline. Explain attribution limits and recommend actions based on results.
Required qualifications
  • Typically 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of integrated or digital marketing programs. Experience marketing IT services, technology consulting, enterprise software or other complex professional services is strongly preferred.
  • A track record of independently setting priorities, executing campaigns and demonstrating business results. Candidates should be able to explain their personal contribution to previous work.
  • Ability to learn complex technology and industry topics quickly, understand buyer needs, and translate them into clear positioning and persuasive marketing.
  • Excellent English writing, editing, interviewing and storytelling skills, including confidence working with senior executives and technical experts.
  • Hands-on corporate website and CMS experience, preferably WordPress, including publishing, landing pages, forms and coordination of technical changes.
  • Strong practical SEO experience and an informed approach to GEO and AI search visibility, with the ability to propose experiments and evaluate outcomes.
  • Experience with email marketing, segmentation, nurture workflows and campaign reporting; familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Mailchimp or equivalent platforms.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, campaign tracking and CRM reporting. Ability to connect marketing performance with lead quality and pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience delivering content, LinkedIn programs, webinars and integrated campaigns, with strong project management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with US-based leadership and teams in India, including agreed working-hour overlap. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits
  • Group Mediclaim Policy
  • Parental Insurance Coverage
  • Accident Policy
  • Retirement Benefits (Provident Fund)
  • Gratuity
  • Overtime Bonus, Paid Vacation & Holidays, Profit Sharing & Incentives
