Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat
• Respond to enquiries and help customers find suitable solutions
• Answer questions about products and services or provide technical assistance, depending on the project
• Deliver helpful, professional and customer-focused support
• Cooperate with an international team while working remotely from Greece

You will receive comprehensive training tailored to your assigned project, ensuring you have the knowledge needed to perform your role confidently.

• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written
• Good command of English
• At least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in Greece
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently living abroad
• Able to work remotely from Greece
