Atenderás a clientes de Claro que ya fueron atendidos previamente por el canal de Atención al Cliente (123) y que tienen interés en conocer beneficios, promociones o mejoras para sus servicios. Como parte de la segunda línea de atención, brindarás una orientación más especializada, identificando sus necesidades y explicando alternativas para mejorar sus servicios móviles y hogar, siempre siguiendo los protocolos y estándares de calidad establecidos por Claro.
