This position is critical for ACPR-Finance Systems department to support financial close w.r.t. all finance systems month end tasks, Delegation of Authority Tasks and drive accounting integration and automation projects that includes P58(COPA) and Esprit systems. The candidate is also expected to coordinate with local accounting managers, corporate functions and with IT deployment teams to enable integrated operations from SAP Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and other related applications. This is a global role, and person is expected to work with people across different business areas and geographies.


Overall responsibility is to work closely with business and IT teams to support all finance systems maintenance tasks including VAR EHP, P58(COPA), FDM and Esprit and understand and document the requirements, process flows, test proposed solutions for new initiatives and bridge the gap between controllers and IT implementation specialists



  • Support all Financial systems mainly SAP Finance and Controlling module (SAP FICO) – The major systems are SAP P58(COPA), Esprit, FDM, SAP EHP etc.,
  • Support SHS Project Pathfinder related tasks.
  • Support Delegation of Authority tasks
  • Define business requirements by working with finance and accounting controllers, analyze and document issues and/or requirements and contribute to cost effective solutions in the areas of finance and accounting by testing the solutions. Develop test scenarios, process flow, test plans & other documentation. Validate SAP finance data conversions, system enhancements & any development for financial and operational integrity.
  • Guide the team on the overall design, testing and deployment of financial solutions and maintenance tasks w.r.t SHS-ACPR competence center.
  • Guide and support the team for seamless financial close.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP FICO modules including consolidation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree  with a focus on Finance or Accounting or other relevant fields with minimum 10 years of relevant experience. CPA or MBA finance is preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP ECC 6.0 OR SAP S/4 HANA with focus on SAP FICO modules(General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center, Internal Order and Profitability Analysis). Should be able to understand the intricacies of Master Data(General Ledger, Profit Center, Trading Partner, Business Partners etc.,) as part of overall O2C, P2P and R2R processes.
  • Understanding of integrated process – P2P, O2C and RTR is must.
  • Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects under tight timelines.
  • Able to executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates business specifications, process flows for systems to meet business requirements.
  • Prepare for and conduct training for business users and others in SAP functions
  • A candidate driving finance projects with ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments is preferred.
  • Extremely goal-oriented, innovative, and Quick learner, adapts easily to new situations/challenges
  • Strong communication skills in a global environment to drive necessary changes for accounting and finance process improvements

The base pay range for this position is:

$134,910 - $185,504

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
