Job Description:
The HR Partner plays a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and people focused workplace by partnering closely with leaders and team members across the organization. In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience by supporting managers through complex people related matters, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and compliantly. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, values meaningful employee relationships, and enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands on HR support. Monthly compensation: 1300 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Requirements:
• Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (US)
• 2-3 years of experience as HR Generalist, HR Partner, or similar roles.
• Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑location organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment regulations.
• Experience supporting managers and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• High emotional intelligence, active listening, and strong confidentiality ethics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Software and Tools: Workday, Microsoft 365, Loops, Visio, Culture Index Portal, BloomGrowth, DocuSign
