Executive Recruiter

We have an opportunity for an Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in either Tacoma, WA or Remote US, reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level roles, helping Infoblox attract and hire exceptional leaders who can advance our business strategy and culture. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will provide trusted talent-market counsel, deliver a thoughtful candidate experience, and use data, approved AI-enabled tools, and sound judgement to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches from intake through offer and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to define role outcomes, leadership competencies, organizational context, search strategy, and evaluation criteria
  • Build internal executive-search capability and reduce agency reliance through hands-on sourcing, candidate engagement, and consistent search practices
  • Develop targeted research and sourcing strategies across direct outreach, executive networks, referrals, professional associations, internal talent, and appropriate search partners
  • Build and maintain high-quality, diverse pipelines for Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level positions across corporate, go-to-market, product, engineering, and other business functions
  • Assess executive talent through structured, competency-based conversations aligned with role outcomes, leadership expectations, and Infoblox values
  • Prepare concise candidate profiles, interview briefs, gap analyses, and decision-support materials for hiring leaders and interview teams
  • Use approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate executive-search research, market mapping, candidate documentation, and stakeholder decision support while protecting confidentiality and applying human judgment
  • Advise stakeholders on talent-market conditions, candidate availability, compensation considerations, competitive positioning, and search risks
  • Manage executive candidate relationships with discretion, timely communication, and a high-touch, inclusive experience
  • Coordinate interview planning, feedback collection, debriefs, references, assessments, and offer processes with Talent Acquisition Operations and People teams

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 12+ years of progressive executive search or corporate Talent Acquisition experience, including meaningful experience leading Senior Director, VP, and SVP-level searches
  • Demonstrated success managing confidential, complex searches in a high-growth, multi-national technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions including Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A—understanding organizational structures, leadership capabilities, business models, and role-specific outcomes
  • Experience explaining and delivering private-equity packages is strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and provide clear talent-market counsel
  • Expertise in executive sourcing, research, market mapping, passive-talent engagement, relationship development, and high-touch candidate management
  • Ability to assess leadership talent through structured, evidence-based interviews and consistent, job-related evaluation criteria
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, executive-search workflows, recruiting analytics, and talent-intelligence platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to use approved AI and automation tools for research, analysis, productivity, documentation, and content creation while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, privacy safeguards, and human oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
