Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the driver app that ties field operations together.
Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many are still managing their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business.
Today, we serve 240+ haulers across the country and are scaling quickly. We are a well-funded, fast-moving vertical SaaS company bringing modern software to an essential industry where the customer need is clear and the opportunity is large.
We are looking for a LATAM-based contractor to keep Hauler Hero's marketing team organized, documented and on time.
You will capture every request that comes to marketing, from the CEO, Sales, Customer Success and others, make sure each one has an owner and a date, and close the loop. You will also own marketing's documentation: a shared library where every asset, process and decision is easy to find and reuse, for marketing and for every other team.
This is not an administrative role. We need someone who brings order to a fast-moving team, spots what is falling through the cracks before it does, and builds systems that make everyone's work easier to find and reuse.
You will log every request and initiative from leadership and other teams, assign an owner and due date with the Marketing Director, and send a weekly status back to the people who asked.
You will run the marketing project board in Notion, prepare the weekly team sync, track deadlines and blockers, and keep every initiative's status current.
You will document marketing work, from processes and campaign results to brand guidelines and templates, and organize it in one shared library.
You will make it easy for Sales, Customer Success and other teams to find and use approved marketing materials, so they stop recreating them.
You will coordinate the hand-offs between marketing roles and with other teams, and help the RFP Specialist and Sales find approved content quickly.
You will help prepare the monthly marketing scorecard for leadership, pulling inputs from each owner on time.
The strongest candidates will likely have:
2–5 years of experience in project management, operations, marketing operations or a coordinator role
Excellent written English and strong spoken English, comfortable working with U.S.-based teammates and leadership
Strong organization and a habit of documenting everything clearly
Confidence following up with busy people and keeping work moving
Good judgment around prioritization and when to escalate
Experience building wikis, knowledge bases or shared libraries
Comfort using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot and AI tools for summaries and documentation
Reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours
Experience in a marketing team or agency
Experience in B2B SaaS
Experience setting up project boards and team rituals from scratch
Experience with digital asset management
You will learn Hauler Hero's product and team, take over request intake and the project board, and map where marketing materials live today.
You will have every open request tracked with an owner and date, a weekly status going to leadership, and the first version of the shared asset library live.
You will run the team's operating rhythm, keep the library current and used by other teams, and support the monthly scorecard.
This is a remote contractor role for candidates based in LATAM, with a preference for candidates in Argentina or similar U.S.-aligned time zones.
Candidates must have strong English writing and speaking skills, reliable high-speed internet, and availability to work during core U.S. business hours.
A front-row seat at a well-funded, fast-growing company transforming an essential industry
Direct impact on how a growing marketing team works and delivers
The opportunity to build marketing's systems and documentation from the ground up
A highly cross-functional role with visibility across marketing, sales, customer success and leadership
Remote-first flexibility with a distributed team
Modern tools, strong internal support, and room to shape process as the company scales
