Aufgaben der Stelle: 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von komplexen Neuinstallationen, Umbauten, Reparaturen und Inbetriebnahmen
  • Unterstützung in der Angebotserstellung
  • Teilnahme an abschließenden Vertragsverhandlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Vertrieb
  • Zielgerichtete Abwicklung der Aufträge anhand Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsparametern
  • Festlegen und Anfordern aller für die Aufträge notwendigen Ressourcen und Mittel
  • Sichere Verhandlungsführung und Koordination mit Unterauftragnehmern, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Projektstatuskommunikation sowie Berichterstattung an den Kunden und an das Management
  • Prüfung und Erstellung von Anlagenplänen, technischen Konzeptionen und Unterlagen
  • Koordination aller Jenbacher Unternehmen
  • Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsprüfung
  • Koordination und Sicherstellung eines effektiven Baustellenmanagements
  • Ansprechpartner für den Kunden bis „Mangelfreier Abnahme“ Zusatzaufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von überwiegend komplexeren Individualprojektenim BHKW-Neuanlagenbau vom Auftragseingang bis einschließlich Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme der Anlagen durch den Kunden sowie Abarbeitung der Restmängel 

Qualifikationen, Anforderungen und Erfahrung: 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement (komplexer Anlagenbau)
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Bearbeiten komplexer Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen sowie technischer und/oder kaufmännischer Aufgaben
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Wohnhaft im Raum Frankfurt / Kassel
  • Hohes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Hohe Souveränität, Seniorität sowie selbständige Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Anwenderkenntnisse von Projektmanagementsoftware: z.B. MS Project, ERP-Software Oracle
