  • Support the development of early performance plans and help suppliers adopt improved work practices and basic performance culture behaviors.
  • Escalate technical issues, capacity constraints, and quality risks, integrating both
  • operational and basic financial indicators (scrap trends, labor efficiency, overtime signals).
  • Understand and follow all EXIM requirements by Command Media.
  • Ability to travel 50 - 60% of time to supplier locations, as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience.
  • Experience with either manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, or a related technical role.
  • Experience working with PFMEA, SPC, capability analysis (Cpk/Ppk), GD&T, AS9100/ISO9001, FAI processes, APQP, statistical analysis, and or conduct source on Raytheon hardware at the supplier.

Qualifications We Prefer
