In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure progress, alignment, and continuous improvement while contributing to solutions that make a difference. Your role as part of the team

As our new Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting project execution by creating structure, ensuring follow-up, and maintaining alignment across project teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with Project Managers and contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects as well as internal project management activities.

You will become part of the Program Excellence team, where the focus is on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. How you will make a meaningful contribution

In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Support Project Managers in driving projects towards agreed objectives, milestones, and deliverables
    • Coordinate workstreams or defined project segments, maintaining schedules and following up on risks, issues, and project progress
    • Take ownership of administrative and coordination activities that support timely project execution and delivery
    • Maintain and update project documentation in accordance with applicable processes, quality standards, and project requirements
    • Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events, while capturing lessons learned and contributing to continuous improvement of project practices.
