Therefore, we are looking for a Product Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role as part of the team

As our new Product Manager, you will primarily play a key role in shaping and managing part of our Defense portfolio throughout the full product lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of market needs, customer insights, technology, and business objectives, helping to ensure the delivery of innovative and commercially successful solutions.

In our team we take pride in developing people. You will become part of the Product Management (PRM) team, a collaborative international group spanning Denmark, the UK, and the US. The PRM department manages a diverse and innovative range of products and solutions within Radar, Security, Maritime, Defense, and Space portfolios. Your area of responsibility will primarily be within Defense. The team values knowledge sharing, curiosity, and collaboration, creating an environment where people and technology develop together. You will work closely with colleagues across product development, sales, business development, marketing, and engineering, contributing your perspective while learning from experts with diverse backgrounds and experiences. We care about the work we do and the people behind it.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across disciplines, functions, and geographies to support effective decision-making and successful product outcomes
    • Act as a trusted product ambassador by communicating direction, sharing knowledge, challenging assumptions, and continuously strengthening product management practices.
