  • Your communication skills are exceptional—you effectively engage with leadership, employees, and customers.
  • You’ve empowered your team by introducing frameworks that enhance their productivity and scalability.
  • You’re analytical and data-driven, always basing decisions on solid insights.
  • You have a deep empathy for users. Poorly designed products that confuse or frustrate users are something you’re determined to avoid.
  • You know how to scope projects and make thoughtful, objective trade-offs when determining which features to prioritize.
  • You’re comfortable saying "no" when necessary but also skilled at reassuring stakeholders—both internal and external—that while we may not be addressing their request today, we’re on the right path and will get there soon.
