Description

Job Summary:

The Treasury Analyst supports TAKKION's treasury operations by assisting with cash management, short-term forecasting, bank account administration, debt compliance, payment processing, and treasury technology initiatives. This position partners with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Operations, and external banking partners to support efficient liquidity management, accurate reporting, and effective treasury controls.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Manage daily cash-positioning activities and support bank-account administration, including account maintenance, documentation, user access, and banking inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term cash forecasts, including 13-week cash-flow models, to support liquidity planning and business decision-making.
  • Support implementation and ongoing optimization of the Treasury Management System, including process design, testing, reporting, and documentation.
  • Assist with debt-management activities, including administration of the revolving credit facility and monitoring third-party debt-compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to support bank-payment processing, transaction troubleshooting, and related controls.
  • Contribute to treasury-related ERP enhancement projects, including bank-statement reconciliation, accounts-receivable automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations and other internal stakeholders to address insurance, compliance, payment, and other treasury-related needs.
  • Maintain accurate treasury records, support internal reporting requirements, and help ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and control standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a related corporate-finance function.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, treasury-management systems, or banking platforms.
  • Identify and manage potential conflicts and challenges; proactively handle problems before they arise.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of are generally light and primarily aligned with office-based work unless visiting operational facilities/sites.

Specific requirements include:

  • The ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
  • The ability to climb up and down stairs 
  • Willingness and able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
