What is Required?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related field required. 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role or other related field
• Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance management.
• Prior experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) required.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills

You will report to the Vice President of Finance.

The base salary for this position is $160,000-$180,000 and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
