Job description

Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is a subsidiary of Bracco Imaging which is part of the overall Bracco Group.  The Company specializes in the clinical development, marketing and sales of diagnostic contrast imaging agents.  Bracco Diagnostics Inc. primarily markets its products to hospitals throughout the United States. Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is committed to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of imaging agents and solutions aimed at providing a better use and management in terms of diagnostic efficacy, patient safety and cost effectiveness.

Job Purpose:

This position will provide customer support and education to existing Nuclear Medicine and PET customers to enhance customer satisfaction and further strengthen our level of service for both  Full-Time and Daily-Use customers for Bracco’s cardiovascular PET agent, CardioGen-82. 

Essential Activities, Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for current CardioGen82 customers to include CardioGen82 Pre-Training, CardioGen82 New End-User Training, CardioGen82 Generator Return Training, and ongoing continuing education.
  • Train all customer personnel on the CardioGen82 generators and associated accessories, infusion system operations while consulting on Cardiac PET image acquisition/processing parameters to the different camera/scanner models, and appropriate safe handling of radioactive materials (ALARA).
  • Provide infusion system installation and ongoing support by completing required infusion system initial testing, monitoring customer use and product interactions and documenting observations for continued product improvements.
  • Act as a resource for CardioGen82 troubleshooting problems/issues for existing customers; This includes supporting the CardioGen82 Clinical Support Helpline.
  • Serve as a liaison between Professional Services & customer base on generator or infusion system problems/issues and complaints.
  • Partner with the Clinical Applications Team to develop a short- and long-term strategy to ensure immediate and ongoing success of the CardioGen-82 program.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nuclear Medicine Director and Associate Director of Clinical Applications at all points of the customer training process. 
  • Partner with the Nuclear Medicine Marketing team and field sales organization to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Secondary Responsibilities:
    • Company sponsored meeting support / staffing
  • Other duties as determined by business needs.

Professional Experience

  • Experience with cardiac PET preferred
  • Experience with cardiac PET installations, applications, and/or troubleshooting preferred

Education

  • BS/BA preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Nuclear Medicine certification required through NMTBC and/or ARRT (N).
