Job description

Position Overview

As an Associate Analyst, Compensation, you will provide administrative and operational support for the company’s compensation programs. This role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, coordinating processes, preparing documentation, and ensuring the smooth execution of compensation activities that help the organization attract, retain, and support employees.

Job Description

  • Full-Time, Remote Role

You will contribute by:

  • Supporting routine compensation activities, such as maintaining job descriptions, reviewing employee compensation data, creating internal communications/letters, and delivering communications through DocuSign.
  • Assisting with compensation reviews, including salary ranges, data entry and auditing, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations, including FLSA, minimum wage, and pay transparency requirements.
  • Assisting the team with ad hoc compensation projects, audits, reports, and data validation.
  • Supporting HR Business Partners with job evaluations and market analysis, and providing recommendations.
  • Coordinating the collection and submission of annual market survey data.
  • Supporting market pricing activities within third-party compensation platforms.
  • Generating recurring and ad hoc reports upon request.
  • Maintaining organized documentation for compensation programs and processes.
  • Providing support for annual compensation cycles, including merit and short-term incentive processes.
  • Assisting with preparing communication materials, timelines, and tracking documents.
  • Performing other duties as requested.

We’re searching for candidates with:

  • The ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, remain organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work under moderate supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Workday and Payfactors is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
