Job description

Company Overview

Mythic Talent is a leading talent management company dedicated to representing the best and brightest in the entertainment industry. Our talent-first approach, coupled with our strong relationships with brand clients, sets us apart in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Talent Coordinator.

Role Overview

The Talent Coordinator is an execution-focused, operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day sponsorship and campaign execution for a portfolio of assigned creators. Acting as a critical extension of the Talent Management team, this role ensures brand deals move smoothly from offer intake and contract execution through campaign completion, with all deliverables fulfilled accurately and on time.

While Talent Coordinators do not own talent relationships or negotiations, they play a vital role in supporting creators by handling logistics, tracking deliverables, maintaining clear communication, and coordinating across internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of Talent, Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations, ensuring that work sold is work delivered.

Success in this role is measured primarily by campaign execution performance, with a strong emphasis on campaign completion rate and on-time delivery.

This role is ideal for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to grow within talent management and creator operations.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Deal Flow Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of assigned sponsorships and creator campaigns from offer intake / Closed Won through completion
  • Track deliverables, timelines, platforms, approvals, posting requirements, and usage rights across multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Schedule deliverables and lock key dates, posting times, and approval milestones
  • Collect draft content, final deliverables, and performance screenshots or analytics
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively follow up to prevent delays or missed deliverables
  • Confirm all deliverables are posted correctly and meet contractual and brand requirements

Talent Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for creators during active campaigns
  • Clearly communicate expectations, deadlines, briefs, and brand guidelines to talent
  • Respond to talent questions related to deliverables, timelines, and logistics
  • Provide timely reminders and troubleshooting support for execution issues (missed posts, incorrect tags, late submissions)
  • Escalate sensitive issues, negotiations, or relationship concerns to the assigned Senior Talent Manager or Department Lead
  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and supportive communication standard at all times

Cross-Functional & Internal Coordination

  • Partner closely with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution
  • Ensure contracts, statements of work, and campaign details are accurately documented and shared internally
  • Escalate risks, blockers, or compliance issues early with context and proposed solutions
  • Support invoicing and payment workflows by confirming deliverables are completed and approved on time

Tracking, Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, real-time campaign data in internal systems (CRM, trackers, dashboards, project management tools)
  • Keep deal and campaign statuses up to date with no surprises
  • Flag incomplete or at-risk campaigns and document root causes or recurring issues
  • Provide regular status updates to Senior Talent Managers or Department Leads
  • Assist with internal reporting on deal volume, completion rates, and execution performance

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Confirm all deliverables adhere to contractual obligations, brand guidelines, and platform requirements
  • Ensure creators comply with Mythic Talent policies, exclusivity terms, and professional standards
  • Flag compliance issues or repeated performance concerns to senior leadership

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required to meet organizational needs.

Expectations

  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability when working with talents and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and resourceful in responding to industry shifts, last-minute scheduling changes, or unexpected issues.
  • Communication: Provide clear, consistent, and timely communication to talents, teammates, and leadership.
  • Results Orientation: Meet or exceed performance targets, including revenue goals, client satisfaction, and talent retention.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Talent Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience:
    • At least 1 year of experience in talent management, campaign management,  influencer marketing, or a related field
    • Experience working with various tiers of talent or clients, including high-profile individuals
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in CRM or project management software, as well as standard office tools
    • Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules and quickly respond to real-time challenges

Physical Demands
