Job description

Bring fabrics, prints, and patterns to life on products people use every day.

We're looking for a Textile Designer to develop home and apparel products for a consumer products business that sells through Amazon and other e-commerce channels. Whether your strength is the creative side (prints, patterns, colorways) or the technical side (constructions, specs, pattern work), you'll help take textile products from concept to factory-ready files.

Location: Colombia - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Design prints, patterns, repeats, and colorways for home and apparel products.

  • Develop textile products across categories such as bedding, throws, towels, home décor, and apparel.

  • Create technical specifications, tech packs, and pattern work for manufacturers.

  • Define fabrics, constructions, finishes, measurements, and trims.

  • Translate trend research and product references into clear design directions.

  • Review samples and lab dips, and give feedback on color, fabric, fit, and construction.

  • Prepare and organize production-ready artwork and files.

  • Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.

  • Keep collections visually consistent and commercially relevant for e-commerce.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Experience as a textile, surface, print, or technical designer in home or apparel.

  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.

  • Experience with pattern work, repeats, and colorways, or with technical patternmaking and garment or product construction.

  • Ability to create detailed tech packs and factory-ready specifications.

  • Knowledge of fabrics, fibers, weaves, knits, printing techniques, and finishes.

  • Comfortable working with physical samples, measurements, and multiple rounds of revisions.

  • Strong eye for color, trends, and what sells.

  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers is a plus.

  • Amazon or e-commerce product experience is a strong plus.
