What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead strategic, multi-workstream programs that advance Revenue Operations and GTM priorities from concept through delivery, encompassing strategic sales acceleration motions (e.g., cross-sell, installed-base expansion) and core revenue tooling and quoting system transformations (e.g., CPQ, commercial platforms)
  • Partner with executive leaders (including CSO, CFO, and VP-level stakeholders) to define program objectives, align priorities, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable business value.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans across multiple concurrent workstreams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, risk registers, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate executive-level governance, steering committee meetings, and weekly status reporting, delivering concise updates, escalations, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to drive alignment and execution across matrixed organizations.
  • Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies that keep initiatives on track (e.g., UAT sequencing, logic constraints, reporting gaps).
  • Lead organizational change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, adoption strategies, business enablement, and process documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase operational efficiency, and improve program governance across the PPMO.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and business intelligence platforms to enhance program planning, executive reporting, forecasting, and operational insights.
  • Establish program KPIs and dashboards that provide transparency into progress, risks, outcomes, and overall business impact, with a focus on pipeline and performance visibility.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams, including vendors, and internal business stakeholders
What You'll Need to be Successful:

  • 4+ years of experience leading organizational change management or enterprise transformation programs across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technology workstreams.
  • Proven track record successfully managing concurrent, high-stakes programs involving cross-functional dependencies and executive sponsorship—such as sales expansion/cross-sell motions, commercial engine optimizations, or revenue platform/quoting system implementations (e.g., CPQ, commercial operations tooling).
  • Strong working knowledge of modern GTM technology ecosystems, CRM platforms, and revenue operations workflows spanning pricing, quoting, contracting, and commercial lifecycle management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance tactical execution and long-term planning across competing priorities.
