Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Testing Engineer to lead the validation of complex IT service infrastructures. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the robustness, security, and compliance of network solutions across diverse environments. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical implementation and security governance, verifying that systems adhere to rigorous industry standards while maintaining optimal performance in multi-cloud and hybrid network settings.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and validate network security configurations against established CIS Benchmarks and NIST Framework guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Python and Bash to streamline quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in network architectures.
  • Validate cloud network configurations across AWS VPC, Azure VNet, and GCP VPC environments to ensure secure connectivity.
  • Audit and optimize firewall rules and network segmentation strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Perform continuous monitoring and management of security postures within multi-vendor network ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and certify the reliability of network solutions in production environments.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically in network engineering and security testing.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in CIS Benchmarks, NIST Frameworks, and general network security principles.
  • Show proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash for testing workflows.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications such as CCNP, Security+, or CEH.
  • Possess hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS VPC, Azure VNet, and GCP VPC.
  • Exhibit strong capabilities in managing firewall rules, network segmentation, and overall security posture management.
  • Have a proven track record of working effectively in complex, multi-vendor network environments.
