Location: Remote, Ontario, Canada
Reports to: Head of Marketing, North America
Kameleoon is an A/B testing and experimentation platform used by marketing and product teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations. The company has more than 250 employees across seven countries and is expanding its presence in North America. Our remote-first North American team is based primarily in Ontario.
You will run the operations behind our events and content programs. You will manage the production of webinars, podcasts, and videos from setup to publication, and handle the logistics of in-person events from venue selection to post-event follow-up. This is an operational role: you make sure every planned event and recording happens on time, on budget, and without friction for speakers and attendees.
Rigorous: you check every detail, from a speaker's audio levels to a catering headcount, and nothing ships until it meets your standard.
Creative: you bring a strong editorial eye to how an episode is cut or how a video tells its story.
Organized: you manage many projects and vendors at once without losing track of deadlines or budgets.
You follow up with vendors and guests until every detail is confirmed.
