Job description

About Rebrandly

Rebrandly is a link intelligence and analytics platform that helps businesses create, share, and track branded short links, so marketing teams can see which campaigns actually drive results, not just clicks. Businesses use Rebrandly to keep their branding consistent across every link they share, whether it's in a social post, text message, or QR code. It also gives them visibility into how those links are performing and who's clicking them.

Rebrandly is a fully remote company with employees across the US and Europe, and our platform is trusted by millions of users worldwide, including global brands like Versace, Toyota, PayPal, and Zillow.

About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work with the Growth Product Feature team. We have a large self-serve business with a traditional product-led growth motion.

You'd own PLG motion end to end: getting new signups to the point where the product is genuinely useful to them, turning that into paid, and spotting the accounts that have outgrown self-serve so our sales team can talk to them while they still care. We're not looking for someone who just runs the funnel as it exists today; we want someone who looks at it and sees the three different funnels we haven't tried yet. Your main number is self-serve conversion growth (signup → activated → paid). New self-serve MRR is the business outcome; conversion is what you're accountable for moving.

Compensation: $150k - $180k (if in USA)

Location: Remote, USA (East Coast time zone strongly preferred), Ireland, Canada (non-Quebec)

Rebrandly does not sponsor work authorization needs; candidates must have proper work authorization to work in the United States, without sponsorship.

What you'd work on first

  • Focus on Activation and Signups, turning into engaged users, turning into customers.
  • Finding the accounts worth a conversation with sales.

How we'd want you to work

  • Gather your own data. We have a strong foundation across our data warehouse, Metabase, Mixpanel, and MCPs to connect everything to Claude. We are looking for someone who can navigate the data fluently without a lot of support. You'll have more to work with than you might expect! A lot of useful data is accessible and the engineering team is strong and can deliver well. We have modern tooling and strongly embrace AI. Much of what you will need to be successful is already in place.
  • Think big, validate fast. We want bold ideas: a reimagined onboarding flow, a genuinely different pricing test, a new way of routing high-intent accounts to sales, tested in whatever way gets you a real signal fastest, not the most polished one. Twenty hand-picked accounts emailed to a rep can validate a routing idea before you'd ever finish building a scoring model. This is about speed of learning, not smallness of scope: we'd rather have a messy signal on a big idea in three weeks than a clean one in three months.
  • You own the roadmap and prioritization of what will create conversion activity and drive real revenue for the business.
  • Stay close to real users. Replays, support tickets, a few conversations a month. The data will tell you where people get stuck but almost never why.

What you need

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting a PLG/self-service product where you owned the success of conversion to paid
  • 3–5 years across product and growth work in a SaaS company, with a track record of ideas that were genuinely new, not just the next iteration on what was already there (bonus points if you have experience in Martech)
  • Fluency in website, demand-generation, and product-marketing launch practices; you know how a launch actually ships, what makes a landing page convert, and how to work with those teams. This matters more to us than technical depth; you need to have experience partnering with Marketing on growth levers
  • You can write. Upgrade prompts, value messaging, and pricing copy are growth levers
  • Enough comfort with product analytics and data manipulation to be self-sufficient; SQL fluency is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
  • Willingness to work in revenue numbers as well as product events

What you don't need

  • Paid or SEO expertise. That sits with our marketing team
  • Data modeling or dbt. You'll query the warehouse, not build it
  • Management experience. This is an individual contributor role for the foreseeable future

If you're strong on most of this and thin on one piece, apply anyway and tell us which piece.
