Location and Work

This is a full-time position and is remote. Approximately 5-15% travel will be required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

About the Position and the Team

The Senior Account Executive – Supply Chain Planning is a member of the Supply Chain Planning Sales Team leading Supply Chain Planning opportunity progression and closure of Supply Chain Planning deals. You will achieve individual Supply Chain Planning SaaS Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets and contribute to the overall Supply Chain Planning growth targets through new logo sales

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, progress, and close Supply Chain Planning deals per the Sales Proven Process generating new ARR.
  • Lead Supply Chain Planning sales cycles, create proposals & pricing, delivery messaging and proposal to prospects.
  • Establish and deepen appropriate executive and additional relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Communicate Supply Chain Planning value proposition to prospects as part of the overall sales process.
  • Provide credible understanding of prospect’s business operations, issues, and challenges and apply Supply Chain Planning capability and value appropriately.
  • Support Supply Chain Planning Sales Engineers with preparation and delivery of product demonstrations.
  • Participate in Lead Generation and lead qualification teaming with Sales Enablement, Marketing, and RevOps in support of Lead List generation.
  • Execute targeted business development activities to identify new leads.
  • Leverage industry and business relationships to create warm leads.
  • Lead Territory Management activities to optimize probability to close deals.
  • Create appropriate account plans and strategies, create specific opportunity plans to accelerate Supply Chain Planning deal closure.
  • Update HubSpot opportunity progression information as desired and required by Supply Chain Planning sales leadership.
  • Report ongoing sales activity and sales forecasts through cadence and opportunity plan with TransImpact
  • Attend key Sales Leadership and L10 meetings as required.
  • Job Responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative selling of key business solutions including ERP, Supply Chain Planning, and Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or equivalent providing skill to achieve the Professional Requirements.
  • Special focus given to Supply Chain enterprise and Supply Chain Planning SaaS sales experience.
  • Demonstrated track record closing new logo opportunities.
  • Highly motivated individual with track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing professional networks and connections to self-generate warm leads.
  • Ability to create meaningful relationships with decision makers as well as process participants to influence a positive buying decision.
  • Ability to sell across a multitude of business areas including Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Operations.
  • Consultative selling approach blending business value, industry experience, and supply chain planning improvement.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, ability to generate and progress a book of business.
  • Ability to travel as required.
