At Fandom, the Corporate Development Director will be part of a visible and active function that drives the corporate development lifecycle, in partnership with our executive leadership, important operational team members and our private equity investor, TPG. You will report to the CFO/COO and work with senior leaders to manage all stages of the evaluation, diligence, and workflow processes that lead to acquisition, partnership and/or divestiture.
The Corporate Development function spearheads and works towards our M&A strategy by managing inbound deal flows and outbound deal sourcing. You will be responsible for ideating, researching, negotiating, structuring, executing impactful acquisitions. You will be informing and supporting our overall strategy by identifying industry trends and maintaining strong relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, VCs, PE funds, bankers and strategics.
