Audio Editor for Dialogue / Audio Post-Production

Remote

We are seeking an experienced Dialogue Editor / Audio Engineer to prepare, clean, and optimize spoken-word audio for post-production delivery. This role requires strong technical judgment, critical listening skills, and a deep understanding of speech intelligibility, noise management, and real-world post-production workflows. This position requires intense knowledge of recording stages - from sound source to mastered files, a keen ear for audio deficiencies, & a rigorous mindset for repetitive quality control. You will engage with technical teams on editing scenarios, theoretical audio engineering questions, and creative logic, while suggesting improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Audio Engineering, Music Production, Acoustics, or a closely related field is ideal.
