Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across the US, Canada, and India.
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce plans, role scoping, job descriptions, and realistic timelines.
  • Source proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent-intelligence tools; build pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate structured interviews and scorecards, and support timely hiring decisions.
  • Keep the ATS (Zoho Recruit) accurate and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source quality.
  • Strengthen Embrace's employer brand on careers pages and LinkedIn, and deliver a consistent candidate experience.
  • Map talent markets for key roles and skills across the US, Canada, and India, including talent supply, competitor teams, and hiring hotspots.
  • Track competitor hiring and organisational changes to spot sourcing opportunities and retention risks early.
  • Provide input to stakeholders on where to build teams based on talent availability, cost, and time-to-hire.
  • Turn market and workforce data into short briefs and dashboards that stakeholders can act on.

Employee Engagement

  • Support engagement surveys and pulse checks; turn results into clear action plans with managers.
  • Help design and deliver engagement programmes, recognition initiatives, and culture events across all regions.
  • Hold regular check-ins and stay interviews to spot attrition risks early.
  • Support the new-hire experience.

Talent Management

  • Support the performance review cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and calibration.
  • Support managers on feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner on learning and development plans, career paths, and internal mobility.
  • Help employees and managers resolve workplace concerns fairly and confidentially.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Psychology.
  • 3-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for North American roles (US and/or Canada) as well as India.
  • Solid grasp of employment practices and hiring norms across the US, Canada, and India.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and HRIS (Zoho Recruit and Zoho People preferred).
  • Strong sourcing skills, including advanced LinkedIn search.
  • Hands-on experience with talent market mapping, competitor research, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; confident with senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
  • Sound judgement, discretion with confidential information, and a bias for action.
  • Familiarity with engagement survey tools and HR analytics.
  • Familiarity with talent-intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast) and compensation data sources.
  • Comfort using AI and automation tools to speed up sourcing and HR workflows.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, software, or a multi-entity / private equity / M&A environment is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
  • Experience collaborating with a diverse, global team within a remote work setting.
