Job description

This is a remote position.

Sum​mary:

We are looking for a candidate to provide enterprise-level analytical, operational, and performance management support to Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) leadership to help ensure the successful governance, oversight, and execution of Health IT initiatives, including the modernized Electronic Health Record (EHR) environment. This position supports strategic decision-making through program analysis, performance monitoring, operational readiness assessments, and continuous process improvement efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced analytical and operational support to HITU leadership, with an emphasis on program performance, operational effectiveness, and organizational readiness.
  • Evaluate EHR-related workloads, enhancement requests, performance indicators, and operational trends to support informed leadership decision-making.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting products that provide visibility into program performance and operational outcomes.
  • Assist with release planning and implementation activities by assessing impacts to operations, end-user support, training requirements, and program resources.
  • Coordinate and facilitate governance meetings, document key discussions and decisions, and monitor the status of assigned action items.
  • Support strategic planning efforts through workload analysis, resource utilization assessments, and forecasting activities.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, governance processes, and overall program performance.
  • Collaborate with clinical personnel, technical teams, trainers, and executive stakeholders to promote alignment across initiatives.
  • Maintain program documentation, records, and reporting artifacts related to operational activities, decisions, and program outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate workloads, enhancement backlogs, operational performance metrics, and system utilization trends.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, and management reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience supporting release management activities and assessing impacts to business operations, training programs, and support functions.
  • Proven ability to facilitate governance forums, document decisions, monitor action items, and support accountability processes.
  • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements across programs and governance structures.
  • Strong capability to interpret and synthesize complex technical, operational, and healthcare-related information into concise, actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating activities among business stakeholders, clinical users, technical teams, and management leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain a DHS Pubic Trust.



Salary: $130000-$145000
