Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for supporting public safety and emergency services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in software development, customer support, or emergency services
  • Knowledge of fire/EMS operations and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with records management systems
  • Understanding of NERIS and NEMSIS standards
  • Experience with cloud-based software solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
