· Deploy, monitor, and maintain services running in Kubernetes environments;
· Work with AWS services such as S3, RDS, and SQS to build reliable cloud-native solutions;
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Grafana, Honeycomb, and similar observability tools;
· Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions;
· Collaborate with engineers to design secure, scalable, and highly available systems;
· Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering improvements;
· Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment automation.

What makes you a great fit:
· 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering;
· Strong expertise in Python development;
· Hands-on experience with Flask or similar Python web frameworks;
· Solid understanding of SQLAlchemy and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL;
· Experience designing and supporting microservices architectures;

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
· Experience working in distributed international teams;
· English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

You are a star if you have:
· Experience in the health insurance industry is highly desirable and would help accelerate onboarding; however, it is not a mandatory requirement;
· Experience in healthcare-related products or regulated environments;
· Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture best practices;
· Experience building highly available and fault-tolerant systems;
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub-based workflows;
· Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queue systems.

Additional information:
