  • Support client and internal meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on assigned actions
  • Ensure consistent use of Mosaic’s project management tools, processes, templates, and methodologies
  • Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; communicate them promptly and support timely resolution
  • Take ownership of smaller or lower-complexity projects as experience and proficiency grows

How you’ll be measured:

  • Maintaining accurate and current project plans, documentation, budgets, forecasts, and status information
  • Completing assigned project activities on time and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies promptly
  • Supporting projects that meet defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations
  • Demonstrating clear communication, responsiveness, organization, follow-through, and sound judgment
  • Showing measurable growth in project ownership, client interaction, financial awareness, and application of Mosaic’s project management standards

What we offer you:

  • Hands-on experience supporting HCM and WFM implementation projects with coaching from experienced project leaders
  • A defined opportunity to build project management, client-facing, and financial management skills while taking on increasing responsibility
  • An award-winning company culture in a flexible, remote environment
  • A competitive base salary of $100,000-$130,000 with bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits, perks and PTO package

What makes you successful:

Need to have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, consulting, professional services, or a related client-facing environment
  • Working knowledge of project management fundamentals, including schedules, risks, issues, action items, scope, budgets, and status reporting
  • Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Comfort working with project data, budgets, spreadsheets, collaboration tools, and status reporting
  • Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work
