Job description

Lone Wolf empowers real estate customers to succeed and grow. As we deepen relationships with our highest-value accounts, we're seeking a strategic Account Based Marketing function to turn account insight into targeted, revenue-driving campaigns—and we need a leader to own it.

We're looking for a strategic, self-directed marketer who designs and executes targeted, data-driven campaigns for our highest-value accounts. You'll work in close alignment with sales teams, but you own the strategy.

This means evaluating and prioritizing accounts with sales, determining what success looks like, and building the measurement framework to track it. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Marketing Operations, while leading the strategic direction of account-based marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Account-Based Marketing Strategy

  • Partner with Sales to evaluate target accounts and develop account selection criteria.
  • Define the strategic rationale for account prioritization and segmentation.
  • Determine which accounts represent the greatest opportunity and why.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to target account segments.
  • Use account, market, and performance data to continuously refine targeting strategies.
  • Deliver account recommendations and insights that help Sales improve account prioritization over time.
  • Account-Based Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel ABM programs, including:
  • Email marketing
  • Digital advertising
  • Direct mail campaigns
  • Events and webinars
  • Content marketing initiatives
  • Create account-specific messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Partner with Content, Design, and Marketing Operations teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ensure campaigns align to revenue goals and account engagement objectives.
  • Sales Partnership & Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand account priorities and opportunities.
  • Evaluate whether ABM is the most effective approach for target accounts.
  • Challenge assumptions and validate account strategies using market intelligence and data.
  • Provide strategic guidance on account engagement and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales while maintaining an objective, data-driven perspective.
  • Measurement & Performance Strategy

  • Define campaign success metrics and measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to establish reporting for:
  • Campaign performance
  • Account engagement
  • Pipeline influence
  • Revenue impact
  • Analyze results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Use performance data to optimize future campaign strategy and investment decisions.
  • Personalization & Optimization

  • Leverage account, customer, and intent data to build personalized experiences.
  • Segment audiences to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and identify drivers of success or underperformance.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaign approaches based on performance insights.
  • Account Advocacy

  • Serve as the voice of target accounts within the marketing organization.
  • Share market and account insights with Product Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
  • Help influence broader marketing, messaging, and product strategies based on customer needs and feedback.

  • Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven experience building, managing, and optimizing:
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs
  • Field marketing initiatives
  • Revenue-focused campaign strategies
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales organizations on strategic account planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven marketing decisions and influence business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to operate independently.
  • Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to:
  • Interpret performance data
  • Identify trends and opportunities
  • Make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Preferred

  • Experience in:
  • B2B SaaS organizations
  • Real estate technology (PropTech)
  • Real estate-related industries
  • Experience with:
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • CRM systems
  • Familiarity with account intent platforms and ABM technologies.

  • Key Competencies:

    Strategic Independence

  • Self-directed and highly accountable.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Challenges assumptions and validates ideas through data.
  • Focuses on business outcomes, not just campaign execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Understands the difference between engagement metrics and business impact metrics.
  • Uses data to guide strategy development and optimization.
  • Asks thoughtful questions and translates insights into action.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Builds strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales Enablement.
  • Influences stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Balances collaboration with strategic conviction.
  • Critical Thinking

  • Takes a first-principles approach to problem solving.
  • Evaluates strategies based on account needs and business objectives rather than industry "best practices."
  • Maintains intellectual curiosity and adaptability in a changing market.
