Description

Capstone ISG is hiring Virtual Claims Adjusters to manage low- to moderate-complexity residential and commercial property claims from initial contact through final report. This is a production-focused, deadline-driven role where adjusters independently manage their caseload and are evaluated on turnaround time, reporting compliance, and file quality.

Prior claims experience is not required. Paid training is provided in estimating, coverage analysis, reporting, and Xactimate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage claims from assignment through closure while meeting client deadlines.
  • Conduct virtual investigations of residential and commercial property claims.
  • Review policies, endorsements, claim forms, and other documentation to determine coverage and exposure.
  • Prepare repair/rebuild estimates using Xactimate.
  • Prepare detailed claim reports and maintain accurate file notes.
  • Communicate claim status clearly with clients and insureds.
  • Track billable time accurately.
  • Identify potential subrogation opportunities and maintain required licenses.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to obtain an adjuster license within 45 days; Capstone sponsors licensing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Property claims, construction, restoration, mitigation, or other deadline-driven experience preferred.
  • Xactimate experience preferred but training is provided.
  • Bilingual and/or military experience is a plus.
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet required.
