Job description

About IntusCare:
IntusCare is the only end-to-end ecosystem built specifically to help Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs deliver exceptional care, strengthen financial performance, and stay compliant. IntusCare replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management. We empower teams to take control of their operations and improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors- some of the most socially vulnerable and clinically complex individuals in the US healthcare system.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Director of Data Product Management to help lead the continued development of DataHub, our self-service data warehousing and reporting product. With DataHub, we are striving to help PACE organizations access their data in an intuitive way, allowing them to easily create custom reports for internal purposes.

In this management role, you will be the primary owner of this product line and will be responsible for the success of that product. This includes overseeing the product’s day-to-day operations, partnering with engineering to plan releases, and strategically evaluating new feature opportunities.

In particular, you will be responsible for the following:

Product Discovery & Delivery

  • Independently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions

  • Own the development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing

  • Recommend build vs buy assessments for manager review

Client & Cross-Functional Communication

  • Provide company wide updates related to your product on a regular basis with minimal oversight

  • Handle client escalations with minimal oversight from your manager

  • Assist your manager in guiding cross-functional stakeholders through applications changes and rollout

  • Work cross-functionally to own all the steps needed in launching a new feature with minimal support from your manager

  • Flag areas of potential cross-product interdependencies to discuss with the broader product team

  • Plan monthly roadmaps

  • Develop pod level quarterly roadmaps with minimal support from your manager

  • Recommend product level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review

Team Leadership

  • Set clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular direct feedback with minimal support from your manager

  • Work with your manager in providing your direct reports with growth opportunities and career development guidance

About You

Required

  • Comfort working directly with clients, with the ability to navigate escalations

  • Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces

  • Business acumen, with an ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes

  • Attention to detail with an analytical mindset

  • Proactive and eager to learn new skills

  • Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle

  • Experience running scrum processes

  • Proficient in SQL and JIRA

  • Experience working with healthcare datasets such as electronic health record data or claims data
