Multi-Site Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Manager, CRMHE:

 

Strategic leadership; program ownership and governance; operations leadership across four factories and storage yard; leadership of Master Rigger and CRMHE Operations Supervisors; training, qualification and certification programs; inspection, maintenance and reliability standards; lift planning and risk management; compliance and audits; cross-functional collaboration with EHS, Operations and Engineering.

Who we are looking for:
 

A highly experienced operational leader and technical expert with deep expertise in crane operations, rigging, lifting and material handling, capable of building and leading an enterprise CRMHE organization.

Education and Experience

Required: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years progressive CRMHE experience with 5+ years leadership. 

Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; multi-site industrial experience; curriculum and certification development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise CRMHE strategy and standards
  • Lead all crane, rigging and material handling programs
  • Standardize training and certification for operators, riggers, spotters, signal persons and maintainers
  • Oversee inspections, maintenance standards and reliability programs
  • Establish critical lift governance and risk management processes
  • Lead audits, incident investigations and KPI reporting

  • Master Rigger
  • CRMHE Operations Supervisors for each shift and factory
  • Storage Yard Crane Operations Supervisor
