Lead Data Platform & Technical Office | 100% Remoto

Buscamos un/a Lead Data Platform & Technical Office para liderar la definición e implantación de una Oficina Técnica de Datos, orientada al gobierno, evolución e industrialización de una Data Platform empresarial.

⚠️ Importante: no buscamos un perfil puramente técnico ni un Data Engineer tradicional. Buscamos experiencia real en gobierno de plataformas, definición de modelos operativos y coordinación entre múltiples equipos técnicos.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

La persona seleccionada liderará la definición y puesta en marcha de una Oficina Técnica de Datos, trabajando bajo principios de Platform Engineering y DataOps.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Definir el modelo operativo de la Data Platform.

  • Diseñar el catálogo de servicios y modelo de gobierno.

  • Definir RACI, procesos y responsabilidades.

  • Establecer el roadmap evolutivo de la plataforma.

  • Coordinarse con equipos de Operaciones, Arquitectura y Desarrollo.

  • Impulsar la industrialización y evolución de una plataforma compartida.

  • Trabajar con múltiples equipos de desarrollo y stakeholders técnicos.

  • Promover buenas prácticas de DataOps, Platform Engineering, CI/CD, observabilidad y FinOps.

🧩 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • 5+ años de experiencia profesional.

  • Experiencia previa en alguno de estos ámbitos:

    • Oficina Técnica.

    • Platform Engineering.

    • Data Platform Operations.

    • DataOps.

    • Cloud Platform Team.

    • Internal Developer Platform.

    • Centro de Excelencia Data.

  • Experiencia en organizaciones con múltiples equipos de desarrollo.

  • Experiencia definiendo modelos operativos, catálogo de servicios, RACI y roadmaps.

  • Capacidad de coordinación entre diferentes áreas técnicas.

  • Experiencia real en la construcción, evolución o gobierno de una plataforma compartida.
