The Sr. Program Manager-Core Diagnostics leads innovation and program life cycle management for Performance Partnership.  Collaborates with internal and external customers, industry, and Danaher Diagnostics operating companies to identify and launch new capabilities with measurable clinical, operational, and/or financial outcomes.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Discovery, Delivery and Value Creation and is part of the Danaher Solutions Group and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·       Take point and lead program development for Performance Partnership supporting Danaher’s core diagnostic operating companies Beckman Coulter and Leica.  Opportunity to support other operating companies as needed.

·       Engaging with each operating company, establish product competency, understand market positioning, and identify strategies through outcome based contracting and Performance Partnerships capabilities to close and/or increase deal velocity.

·       Educate, advise, and prioritize strategies with internal stakeholders to maximize program impact.

·       Build minimally viable products and engage with commercial leadership to try storm and/or obtain voice of customer.  Present findings internally and externally.

·       Participate in system diagnostic assessments focused specifically on near patient diagnostics and provide meaningful insights.

·       Provide structured updates to operating company leadership on program lifecycle, funnel health, and related revenue achievement.

·       Finalize playbooks with customer ready presentation, supported by marketing, and provide commercial education and awareness.

·       Partner with operating company commercial leadership and Performance Partnership principles supporting geographical funnels and customer qualification.  Support customer engagements as necessary.

·       Adjust value proposition from customer feedback, market position, and industry dynamics.

·       Evaluate opportunity to deploy proven strategies globally.

·       Continuous engagement with industry monitoring emerging trends and building a network of key opinion leaders and existing/potential customers.

·       Bachelor's of Science in medical technology and/or health science related field with 8+ years of related work experience

·       Demonstrated experience bringing programs from concept through launch across complex cross-functional initiatives.

·       Strong understanding of healthcare operations, accreditation, and enterprise decisions

·       Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

·       Ability to travel – 40%

·       Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

·       Advanced degree in clinical laboratory or related biological science

·       Medical device commercialization, product management, and/or marketing experience.

·       Leadership experience within a health system with clinical laboratories, pathology, diagnostics or ancillary services service line, or hospital operations.

·       Experience with system quality, payment models, and ACO

·       Familiarity with Lean, operational excellence, or performance improvement.

The annual salary range is $180,000-200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
