Job description

AI Workflow Engineer


Salary: £60,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: Remote

Contract: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Work model: Remote

Purpose of role

Key responsibilities 

  • Build and deploy AI workflows and skills using AIVA 
  • Design prompts, tool integrations, workflows and evaluation frameworks 
  • Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases and enterprise systems 
  • Build guardrails, exception handling and HITL patterns 
  • Rapidly build, test, demonstrate and refine solutions with clients 
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads, BAs, Integration Engineers and Operations SMEs 

Personal attributes

  • 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or automation platforms 
  • Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks and AI orchestration 
  • Experience building production-quality AI applications and integrations 
  • Knowledge of evaluation, observability and guardrails 
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
