Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.

Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?

To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!

Ready to be part of the experience?

Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic freelance Event Managers to support a series of smaller-scale live events. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building great experiences from the ground up and is happy to get stuck into every aspect of event delivery.

Our events are intimate, fast-paced and people-focused, so we are looking for individuals who can combine excellent organisation with a practical, can-do attitude. Expect each event to be different, so you will be working on a variety of experiences such as wine and comedy shows, jazz shows, cocktail experiences and more, all with immersive elements that make the events stand alone from others.

As they are Fever Original events, you can expect to be onsite managing launches to maintaining the standard as time goes on, reporting to the producer to keep the event fresh and operationally excellent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of live events from set-up through to breakdown
  • Coordinate event staff, suppliers and venue teams on-site
  • Ensure smooth event operations and a high-quality guest experience
  • Support with logistics, stock management and event equipment
  • Assist with event build, styling and general set-up tasks where required
  • Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently during live events
  • Work closely with the wider team to bring each event to life

About You:

  • Previous experience managing events, activations or hospitality-led experiences
  • Background in hospitality, bar work or venue operations would be highly beneficial
  • Organised, proactive and confident working independently
  • Comfortable taking ownership while also being part of a wider team
  • Practical and willing to get involved with all aspects of event delivery
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends when required

What We’re Looking For:

This role would suit someone who loves events and enjoys the variety that comes with freelance work. We’re looking for people who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems and help create memorable experiences from the ground up.
