Job description

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services ranging from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Workforce Strategy, this manager will oversee recruiting delivery, UKG Pro onboarding operations, compliance, reporting, and team performance across a geographically dispersed business.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on people leader who sets clear priorities, coaches for results, uses data to improve performance, and partners confidently with Operations and Human Resources. This role may manage select critical searches and provide support during high-volume periods, but its primary focus is supporting the team and maintaining effective daily operations.

Responsibilities
• Set priorities, assign and rebalance workloads, maintain coverage plans, and resolve routine escalations before they affect hiring or start dates.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly, professional, operational, and leadership positions across multiple locations.
• Guide sourcing strategies for difficult markets, specialized roles, bilingual talent, and time-sensitive openings.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process in UKG Pro, from accepted offer through start-date readiness, including pre-employment screening, Form I-9, E-Verify, required documentation, employee-number readiness, and accurate system records.
• Partner with Operations, Human Resources, HRIS, Payroll, Sales, and business leaders to support workforce needs, hiring events, and new-account transitions.
• Improve recruiting and onboarding procedures, strengthen system use and reporting accuracy, and train the team on new processes and requirements.
• Manage select critical or confidential searches and provide hands-on support when business volume or team coverage requires it.

Required Qualifications
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, onboarding, or a related human resources function.
• At least three years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, workload management, and accountability for team results.
• Experience leading high-volume, multisite, or multi-state recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Form I-9 and E-Verify, including document review, case creation, tentative nonconfirmations, case closure, correction procedures, and audit-ready recordkeeping.
• Demonstrated experience managing onboarding workflows in UKG Pro, including packet assignment, progress monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, data accuracy, and start-date readiness.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, and the ability to address difficult issues professionally and directly.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing both recruiting and onboarding teams.
• Experience in facilities services, janitorial operations, aviation, sports and entertainment, or another high-volume service industry.
• Experience supporting hiring events, new-account transitions, union environments, or client-specific screening requirements.
• Experience configuring or improving UKG Pro Recruiting and Onboarding workflows, reports, or system processes.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English or a relevant human resources certification.

Travel and Schedule
Periodic travel to company locations, client sites, hiring events, and account transitions is required and may include overnight stays. Schedule flexibility may be needed for time-sensitive hiring activity, launches, and events outside standard business hours.

• Health Benefits Package
• Ancillary benefits—Life insurance, Long Term Disability, FSA, and Dependent Spending care
