About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining high standards of patient care and service, managing administrative functions, and supporting medical staff to achieve operational excellence.

This role requires a proactive leader with strong healthcare administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality customer service.
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, including scheduling and performance management.
  • Monitor clinic compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards.
  • Oversee clinic budgets, inventory, procurement, and operational resources.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor clinic performance metrics.
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve escalated issues professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure all clinic equipment, facilities, and supplies are properly maintained.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a reputable college or university, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of clinic management experience, preferably in a healthcare, medical, or diagnostic setting.
  • Must possess a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • With specialized training and experience in administrative and operational management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient service best practices is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-specialty clinics, diagnostic centers, or outpatient healthcare facilities.
  • Background in healthcare quality management, patient relations, or healthcare operations.
  • Additional certifications in healthcare management, customer service, or leadership are a plus.
