POSITION TITLE: Project Manager, Marketing

LOCATION: Toronto – Canada (Hybrid/Remote)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Position Overview

As a member of the Marketing Services team, you are a champion of Deluxe marketing and campaign services, and you continually elevate standards to provide best in class client experience, working closely with mastering, localization and scripting operations and production teams globally.

In this role, you will work as part of the Marketing Services team to create and deliver world class marketing campaigns across multiple franchises, features, series, and languages. You drive the clips, scripting and marketing teams to deliver on time for clients, and work as part of the Campaign Services team executing marketing online launches. Partnering directly with our amazing clients, operational & production teams, and other partners, you plan, prep and deliver large-scale online launches and work with global colleagues so that localized marketing assets are delivered on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels and functions.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns from inception to completion, working with the global teams and client stakeholders
  • Manage deadlines and expectations from the client with the internal teams to meet tight turnarounds and SLAs.
  • Make informed decisions and recommendations based on localization industry best practices.
  • Confirm billing costs and totals to clients on a per-project basis. Process the PO/billing details once completed and update internal trackers where needed.
  • Keep all necessary campaign, project and long-term trackers updated on an ongoing basis.
  • Make independent decisions while working under pressure in potentially ambiguous situations to meet aggressive deadlines. Escalate and seek guidance as necessary.
  • Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to drive creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in localization or marketing, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the marketing, trailer, entertainment, or gaming industries.
  • Hands-on experience with project set-up, assignment and tracking for large projects, delivering results, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive and positive relationships with internal and external partners, managers, and peers across different regions.
  • Efficient in managing time and multiple projects/tasks effectively, with ability to prioritize competing demands while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Extras:

  • Experience in marketing campaign management
  • Experience with social media management, campaign scheduling tools and back-end platform creator suites (YouTube Creator Studio, Facebook Business Manager etc.)
  • Experience with localization platforms, file formats, project management tools and databases.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages.
  • Familiarity with entertainment localization with a focus on short form/marketing content
