Multi-Party Project Coordination & Liability Management

The Senior Director / Service Line Lead will provide strategic and market-facing leadership for EHS Support's Multi-Party Project Coordination & Liability Management practice. This individual will advance the service line through business development, client relationship management, executive project oversight, industry engagement, and staff development.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience with Superfund, CERCLA, RCRA, and other complex environmental liability matters and will be recognized as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, PRP groups, legal counsel, regulators, and industry stakeholders. The role requires both a growth mindset and a collaborative leadership style: pursuing and securing work while strengthening the capabilities and experience of the broader team.

The ideal candidate will bring established market relationships, a record of developing business, and experience leading complex, multi-party environmental programs. This leader will work closely with current Project Coordinators and company leadership to prepare EHS Support for the next wave of industry needs and create a durable platform for long-term service line growth.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Represent EHS Support at conferences, professional organizations, client forums, and other market-facing events.
  • Balance near-term pursuit activity with long-term relationship development and market positioning.

Executive Project & Program Oversight

  • Provide expert-level guidance for complex Superfund, CERCLA, RCRA, and environmental liability management engagements.

  • Provide senior review of strategic plans, proposals, scopes, budgets, schedules, reports, and other high-impact deliverables.
