What it’s like to be a Northbridge Director, Sales Experience:

As a Director, Sales Experience, you will play a key leadership role in shaping and executing Northbridge’s national sales strategies while enhancing the customer and broker experience. You will work closely with the Vice President, Sales & Distribution, Regional Sales Leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive strategic growth, sales effectiveness, and operational excellence across the organization.

At Northbridge, our Sales & Distribution team is committed to building strong broker partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving profitable growth. The Director, Sales Experience is responsible for developing and implementing national sales programs, leading strategic growth planning initiatives, and championing sales technology projects that empower our teams to succeed. This role also fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity while ensuring sales strategies align with our broader business objectives.

If you are great at:

  • Leading strategic initiatives and sales programs while monitoring performance against key metrics and business objectives
  • Building strong partnerships and fostering collaboration with Regional Sales Leaders, Business Development Managers, and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Driving sales effectiveness through reporting, analytics, process improvements, and performance measurement
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to teams and sales champions to drive high performance and continuous improvement
  • Communicating effectively and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization

And you have:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, Business Development, Sales, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales strategies and business growth initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, market dynamics, and broker relationships
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead in a fast-paced environment

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $180,000, which reflects the expected base pay for the position. The actual base salary offered may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
