Job Summary: 

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling our organization by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates across a range of functions—from clinical to product to operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers and the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and Development to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring process that reflects Workit Health’s values.

Core Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, offering market insights and structured hiring guidance.
  • Develop effective job descriptions and compelling candidate messaging that reflects our mission and voice.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers and may help shape job requirements or interview processes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for hiring teams on assigned roles.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, and referrals.
  • Engage passive candidates with personalized, compelling outreach and nurture them through the funnel.
  • Utilize ATS tools to manage pipelines and maintain accurate records.

Process Optimization

  • Support continuous improvement in our recruitment operations, including interview structure, candidate experience, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill,) and share data-driven insights with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for assigned Talent Acquisition OKRs (manager training, building candidate pipelines, etc).

Qualifications: 

  • 3–5 years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment capacity within an HR / People Operations team  
  • Experience using the Greenhouse application tracking system highly preferred
  • Proven ability to own start-to-finish job requisitions
  • Prior experience recruiting for a variety of functions, including clinical, technical, and/or operational roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.

  • Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and a high level of accountability.

Pay range$90,000—$100,000 USD
