Junior SharePoint Developer (EU Agency Project)

About the client & the role

Optiveum is a specialized tech recruitment and outsourcing company. We are currently sourcing a Junior SharePoint Developer on behalf of our IT consulting partner. In this role, you will support the Enterprise Software Platforms Portfolio under the TIMEDEV framework, delivering software solutions directly for a prominent European Union agency based in Warsaw.

What you will do

  • Develop components for enterprise software systems as instructed.

  • Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, QA, change management, and deployment.

  • Prototype solutions and propose technical answers to business needs and problems.

  • Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.

  • Act as 2nd and 3rd line support for existing systems.

  • Produce and maintain effective technical documentation.

  • Adhere strictly to development and quality standards set for the project.

Our expectations


Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional IT experience, with at least 1 year of project experience relevant to the profile.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Level 6). An ICT-relevant degree is a plus, but not mandatory.

Languages: English at a B2 level.

Core Competencies: Experience completing at least one full software solution lifecycle. Proficiency in reading UML and developing at least one of the following: data layer, business logic layer, or UI layer.

Specific technical requirements

  • Front-end development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx and REACT) and client-side libraries like JavaScript.

  • Advanced consumption of SharePoint data using PnP, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.

  • Server-side development using C# / .NET Framework / SQL, including Web Parts, Event Receivers, and Timer Jobs.

  • Development of SharePoint Online solutions using Power Platform.

  • Implementation of secure client-side components and enforcement of secure coding principles (OWASP) across both .NET server code and JavaScript to prevent vulnerabilities like XSS or SQL injection.

What is offered


Salary: Up to 150 PLN net/h (B2B contract).

Type of work: Remote with occasional visits to the Warsaw office (near-site).

Format: Long-term outsourcing framework contract.
