Job description

Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Oregon

We are hiring licensed mental health professionals in Oregon for a full-time remote position. This role involves providing scheduled therapy sessions, completing clinical documentation, and managing ongoing client care through telehealth.

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Oregon
  • Complete assessments and identify treatment needs
  • Develop treatment goals based on client concerns
  • Use appropriate counseling methods throughout treatment
  • Review progress and adjust care when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
  • Follow Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Licensing: Fully licensed to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). 
  • Experience in delivering therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on trust-building.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online therapy tools.
