  • Maintain tracking hygiene across paid social and third-party media, including UTMs, naming conventions, and coordination of conversion tracking with marketing operations.
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce recurring reporting, highlighting results, insights, and recommended optimizations.
  • Coordinate landing pages end-to-end, including page content, form requirements, and campaign links, in partnership with web and marketing operations.
  • Draft ad and sponsored email copy and coordinate creative assets with content and design teams, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and channel requirements.
  • Execute A/B tests across audiences, copy, creative, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, exclusions, and audience refreshes in partnership with marketing operations.
  • Track campaign budgets, pacing, and partner deliverables, flagging issues and recommending adjustments.
  • Collaborate with paid search, campaign managers, product marketing, content, web, and analytics teams to align messaging and coordinate integrated campaigns.
  • Support shared paid media reporting by providing accurate campaign data, performance insights, and optimization recommendations for paid social and third-party programs.
  • Partner with lifecycle and campaign managers to align nurture and AIE follow-up with each campaign’s audience, offer, and engagement level; review lead quality and progression together to improve conversion to qualified pipeline.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of demand generation marketing experience, including hands-on experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field OR relevant experience.
  • Google certified or expert knowledge on Google and GA4 suite with a strong understanding of keywords and framework for landing pages.
  • Working familiarity with spreadsheets, with the ability to pull campaign data, interpret results, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the adaptability to learn and apply best practices for testing and continually improving landing page framework.
  • Experience building or coordinating landing pages, including reviewing content, forms, and campaign links.
  • Familiarity with tracking hygiene, including UTMs, naming conventions, and the basics of conversion tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through across multiple tools, campaigns, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, campaign timelines, and deliverables from internal teams and external partners.
  • Curious, coachable, and comfortable taking ownership of campaign execution while developing deeper expertise in paid social and third-party media.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience coordinating sponsored emails, webinars, or website display advertising with trade publications or industry media partners.
  • B2B SaaS or demand generation experience, including exposure to lead nurture and follow-up, or familiarity with Salesforce or Marketo.
